As of Wednesday, Jan 25, 2023 you can find new important enhancements made to your Continuous Awareness Bites (CAB).
There are 3 new enhancements, located withinyour dashboard, that include the following:
New CAB Awareness bite design
CAB Awareness bites have a new look n’ feel to allow for an enhanced experience. This does not apply to customers with custom designed bites, who will be contacted by their Customer Success Managers about upgrading the email designs.
New and enhanced CAB Analytics
You can now get more in-depth data regarding your employees’ engagement with security content.
For example, questions such as: what is the organization's monthly engagement rate? What are the Quiz answer rates? Who are the best performing departments? are now readily available.
New CAB videos
In addition to security tips, CAB now includes a wide variety of short, entertaining security videos. CAB videos are embedded in the employee’s feedback page and are displayed in the employee's native language.
* To turn on the CAB video feature, simply go to settings menu in the CAB Management page within your platform and click enable. You can test the videos before launching with the Preview button.
